Skilljam (2005)

I was hired by “Skilljam Technologies” to re-design their online game portal skilljam.com (not longer online) and some new features they wanted to incorporate for the community section.

The first goal was to simplify the site and all the game path: play modes, downloadable games, tournament sessions, user profile areas and login/register areas. The second part of the project was the creation of avatars, subscription-based gaming products and downloadable deluxe games for the community section which provide a new business model for partners and its network including game portals such as Virgin Games, MSN Zone.com., AOL, Go.com., who have adapted this model for their cash game portals.

I was responsible of the new interface design, CSS implementation and UI elements such as: icons, new character illustrations, registration path, promotional pages for their on-time lunch. Unfortunately they have merged forces with another partner and the site went off in 2005.
